Delivery Info

Orders and tile samples are delivered to UK mainland addresses only, with an estimated delivery time of 5 working days. To ensure the best day is chosen for you, we will call to arrange a delivery date once your purchase has been finalised. All delivery prices below are fixed and include VAT, regardless of volume.

Standard Delivery – £60

Standard Sample Delivery –  £2.00 (per 3 samples)

All orders are dispatched on pallets, utilising a wagon with tail lift to ensure the easiest and quickest delivery to your location. Our deliveries arrive between 9am and 5pm, on a kerbside delivery* basis.

*Whilst every effort is made to ensure your tiles are delivered to the nearest available delivery point, in the event of hazards or obstructions causing the delivery point to be inaccessible it will be necessary for the delivery to be made to an alternative location nearest to the delivery vehicle. – orders need to be checked for damages, missing items and errors before they are signed for.
